Why stress over the outcome of every decision when it is much easier to just rely on the process?
I wonder why it is that everyone seems so interested in the end game. The final goal, the “future” where everything seems to work itself out. I know it’s cliche, but I really do think there is truth to the saying “it’s not about the destination it’s about the journey”.
I find it particularly mind blowing the amount of suffering people will go through just for a little piece of what life has to offer. I think they’ll be disappointed to figure out that what they were looking for was literally sitting right in front of them this whole time. The fascination with objects, things, relationships has always been bound to disappoint. However, if we just took a second to look a little closer, we would find something truly magical. Hidden in plain sight is something so subtle that it can easily be missed. When you read in between the lines of this reality, you’ll open a door to a brand new world.
It all comes down to observation. Observe your life without trying to observe it.
There is nothing to do but to look.
